I am a Driven Individual
I am a seasoned development professional, with a wide range of business experience at a senior level. A self-motivated individual with above average interpersonal skills. I have always demonstrated a strong bias towards achieving defined objectives through the promotion of strategic thinking, strong management and leadership, clear communication, and alignment. If you find one of my product offerings appealing to the extent that you take up my offer of a Free Engagement Session, then I would be willing to share my full CV with you.
Well qualified to do what I have been doing for the last 18 years
For the last 18 years I have run my own Coaching and Mentoring business, providing Business Executives, Functional Managers, and Driven Individuals with personal growth development services. Over this period, I have worked with more than 300 people. Prior to this I held senior positions, over a period of nearly thirty years, in Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, and Business Support, working mainly for international organisations. I am accredited by The Institute for Independent Business International (London) as a Business Coach and Consultant. This institute is a research, training and accreditation organisation and was established in 1984. Accreditation criteria are stringent and provision of verifiable evidence of 20 years of senior management experience and the successful completion of a Residential Business School Programme at the London Head Office, constitute a minimum requirement. Being driven by your Life Values will energise you
One of the primary tools I use in the coaching process is the Life Values Inventory questionnaire. This online test is used by many companies and universities around the world. The base level product is quite comprehensive and free. If you would like to try it out visit https://www.lifevaluesinventory.org/ for more information. I have completed the questionnaire a few times over the years and have found it to be very consistent. For me, my primary life values are: RESPONSIBILITY It is important to be trustworthy and dependable ACHIEVEMENT It is important to challenge myself and to work hard to improve OBJECTIVE ANALYSIS It is important to use logical principles to understand and solve problems INTERDEPENDENCE It is important to follow the expectations of my family, social group, team, or organisation CONCERN FOR OTHERS The well-being of others and helping others are important INDEPENDENCE It is important to have a sense of autonomy with my decisions and actions CREATIVITY It is important to have new ideas, create new things or to be creatively expressive The above definitions of my most important life values are short summaries. The actual test results contain much more detailed information.
A more fulfilling way of life for my clients
I have a strong interest in genealogy and I also like to read historical books, particularly about the First and Second World Wars. I am currently brushing up my French ahead of a planned trip to Longueval in France later this year. Longueval is the site of the Battle of Delville Wood which was fought over a few weeks in early July of 1916. Very coincidentally, both of my grandfathers fought in and survived this horrendous engagement.

As previously noted, the eminent psychologist Carl Rogers believed that the “core tendency of the human being is to actualise its potentialities. What this means is that there is a pressure in people that leads in the direction of becoming whatever it is in their inherited nature to be” The primary focus is on performance improvement facilitated and underpinned through increased awareness and alignment with personal values. This process enables people to find and act on the solutions which are the most congruent and appropriate for them personally. As a Coach it is my mission to facilitate and expedite this process in my clients and in so doing help them to experience a more successful, fulfilled, and effective way of life. This is achieved through a dialogue which assists clients to see new perspectives and achieve greater clarity about their own thoughts, emotions, and actions, and how this relates to the people and situations around them.
